No, this is a personal choice. A lot of my clients feel they do not require 1:1 support and are happy to crack on with implementing the plan themselves, therefore this is a personal choice. However, if you are overwhelmed or doubt you are not going to stay consistent or remember all the information, we would definitely advise to purchase 1:1 support.
We cannot and would never guarantee success because this is dependent on your ability to follow a plan and we have no guarantee of that. You must follow our refund policy.
You require 5 days of tracking sleep before we can create your sleep plan. Therefore, if you have already been tracking their sleep and can input data on the app we provide, you can book straight away depending on availability. If you require to track then your consultation will need to be booked further ahead.
No refund after consultation. Cancelling 48hours ahead of consultation equals full refund. Within 24hours equals refund of 50%. If we terminate our contract after consultation we will refund unused days of support. We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable, so we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the consultation will receive a 50% refund. • No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation or after the consultation has taken place. If, for any reason, we need to terminate our agreement after the consultation, you will be refunded for any unused days of follow-up support included in your package.
It is important to remember tears are not harmful. Yes tears can be involved, but this is your baby's only way of communicating.
We do not use cry-it-out aka The Extinction method or the Ferber Method where the intervals extend in time. We use our method which involves giving your baby space and time to learn how to independently fall asleep, however still can involve contact and communication when required. Sleep training is not dangerous and when done in a loving and nurturing way you can obtain independent sleep within 3-5 days. This method is only used between 4-14 months.
Between 4-14 months we get quicker results. 15 months + the results will take longer and more consistency from the parents. This choice is yours to make.
Absolutely not. I have my own personal experience of this, I breastfed for 22 months and sleep trained at 7 months. If a sleep consultant ever suggests you must stop breastfeeding to obtain independent sleep, run!
We will never stop night feeds where they are required, we will change any night feeds to dream feeds and this is discussed in the consultation. Your child's age and how they are fed is also dependent on when to drop night feeds altogether. There is no one size fits all for this decision.
