Meet Frankie – Your Virtual Sleep Coach

Frankie is a qualified nurse, certified sleep consultant, and mum of two, passionate about helping families achieve better sleep with practical evidence-based support.
She holds a BSc in Adult Nursing from the University of Brighton (2017) and has worked in surgical, neonatal, and school nursing. In 2022, she completed her Level 5 Sleep Practitioner qualification with the London School of Childcare Studies and has since supported numerous families in improving sleep and building healthy routines all over the world.
Frankie’s journey into sleep coaching began after the birth of her first child in 2020. Navigating reflux, tongue tie, and sleepless nights led her to teach independent sleep while continuing to breastfeed until 22 months. In 2025, her second child was born 8 weeks early and spent time in neonatal care—deepening her understanding of the resilience and individual needs of each baby.
With a blend of professional knowledge and lived experience, Frankie offers compassionate, tailored sleep support to help your family thrive.

How We work

  • We give guidance via a phone call for those going through the trenches of newborn sleep between 0-4 months. To educate parents of realistic sleep goals during this time and how to build foundations for sleep. We also look for any signs of discomfort due to allergies, intolerances or tongue tie, in these cases I am able to signpost you to the correct professionals to help get you baby the right support.
  • We work alongside families who want to achieve independent sleep for their babies between 4-14 months using a responsive method which takes between 3-5 days to achieve independent sleep, then we focus on routine
  • Infants older than 14 months we use age appropriate methods, which cannot be guaranteed quick results due to using a gradual approach. These results can sometimes take several weeks to achieve. We work on building healthy sleep routines, eliminating bedtime battles and wake-ups.
  • We focus on your babies 24 hour sleep needs by tracking their sleep and working out a routine that will suit their needs.
  • 1:1 support is given as an add on service as we regonise not all families require support. My support is given through all my waking hours Monday to Sunday.
